Open My Eyes

Open my eyes Lord Jesus, open my eyes to see, Millions of souls in darkness dying afar from thee, Then let me see my Saviour nailed to his cross of woe, Loving through endless ages millions who do not know.

Open my ears, Lord Jesus, open my ears to hear, Cries of a world in anguish, dying in hopeless fear.  Then let me hear my Saviour praying in death's dark throe, Loving through endless ages, millions who do not know.

3.

Open my heart Lord Jesus, open my heart to share, Something of God's great sorrow, make me to know and care.  Teach me to know and love thee, serve and obey thee so, That I may leave at evening fewer who do not know.
