1) You NEED to be saved :
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way. Isaiah 53:6
It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement. Hebrews 9:27
The wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23
Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6

2) You CANNOT save yourself!
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12
A man is not justified by the works of the law. Galatians 2:16
By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8,9
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12.

3) GOD has provided for you salvation :
God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, I Thessalonians 5:9,10
God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
The Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6
Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God. I Peter 3:18
The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23.

4) The LORD JESUS is able to save and to keep :
He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. Hebrews 7:25
(HE) is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. Jude 24
In that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. Hebrews 2:18
If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. II Corinthians 5:17

Therefore
REPENT: (GOD) now commandeth all men every where to repent. Acts 17:30
BELIEVE: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thy house. Acts 16:31
CONFESS: If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10
CALL: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13
